i don’t have to eat perfect to eat healthy. just keep my moderation in tact so the less healthy foods don’t accumulate to be too much :)

the progress is visible but obviously i’m not there yet. just proud of how far i’ve come. might post a progress photo of my face since it has changed a lot :) very exciting ^-^
About a month ago i started my new job at merry maids, at this point i had been off track from my healthy life style for about a month to 2 months. on the 7th i decided i should start keeping track of my measurements and weight again,I have now lost 10lbs in this first month of working here and i have lost 1” off my tummy since the 7th. guess all the sweating at work is doing me some good :) on average i burn 600 to 1200 calories a day at work alone. can’t wait to see where i’m at in another month ^-^
plus, once i get over this sinus infection i’m going to start working out at home as well so i’ll be in even better shape and seeing even more results :D

its been awhile since i have posted much but as of yesterday, i am getting back on track. moving really threw me for a loop there but that was just another obstacle to over come :) today i made myself a tilapia salad with some lightly sauteed crimini mushrooms. must try <3
has its perks. like having to carry all sorts of heavy objects up 3 flights of stairs, and it taking 3-4 trips to carry up groceries and the occasional crap i left my phone in my car run. after just one week, i can feel a difference and i’m not as winded when i come up with some boxes. sadly though there are still about 20 boxes left to bring :(
Oh and i have discovered NO ONE knows how to spell Capital correct. all my bills and important papers have in spelled Capitol. makes me wonder why we even offer high education if spelling elementary school words wrong is acceptable.
so i have not been eating well lately or working out. i feel so mentally out of my groove. i think part of it is the whole moving thing. there’s so much to do and i feel as though i am the only one taking it seriously time wise. its so stressful @-@ once its all done i can finally get back on track.
so i haven’t lost too much, and i may not look much different but i FEEL better and thats what count. i’m hoping to lose another 20ish by summer. maybe even 30 if i work hard enough :)

there’s a difference between treading water and egg beater. with treading your typical motion is back and forth, with egg beater your kicking in circles. causes more resistance and takes more work to keep your head above water.
